Episode 12: Flux Projects

In this episode we interviewed Anne Dennington, the Executive Director of Flux Projects.  Flux Projects is a non-profit that helps artists bring art to the people in creative and temporary ways (you might recognize their work from the Rise Up installation or some of their other cool stuff, like flute and video around town).

Listen or download here or download us directly from itunes.

Topics include:

community engagement, Secrets of Atlanta, the role of the arts in the community, ways to get involved, and poetry on roadside signs.

If you’re interested in the arts in Atlanta, or just interested in community-engaging arts that push past traditional gallery boundaries, this podcast is for you!  You can find Flux on twitter and facebook.
